When you send an inquiry, AlphaMaker collects the name, email address, company (if provided), inquiry type and message that you submit. We use this information to assess your request and contact you.
Your choices
Submitting an inquiry is optional. You can contact us directly by email instead. Please avoid including identity documents, payment information or confidential information belonging to another organization.
Access and handling
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website's protected team workspace. If the integration is enabled, they may be sent to AlphaMaker's internal CRM for follow-up. The public assistant does not access candidate records or internal CRM data.
Website assistant
When AI conversation is enabled, your message and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply grounded in public company information. This website keeps chat history only in the current page and does not save it to the inquiry database. Refreshing the page or starting a new conversation clears that history. We request that OpenAI not store response application state; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. AI replies may contain mistakes; please confirm important details with a consultant. Limited request metadata is used to prevent abuse.
Language preference
On your first visit, a country or region signal derived from your IP address helps select Chinese or English. If unavailable, we use your browser language. A first-party cookie remembers a language you explicitly select for up to one year. We do not request precise location access or store your IP address for language selection. You can change language in the header at any time.
For language selection, this server looks up your country locally using an unmodified copy of the monthly DB-IP IP to Country Lite database, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Your IP address is not sent to DB-IP or another geolocation service. Country estimates can be inaccurate; the language switch always takes priority.
